- CRCarissa ReynoldsAug 15, 20261.0This post office has lost over 7 packages of mine in the last two months, all huge expensive packages, I have done everything you can think of. I have made missing mail request. I went up to the post office and talked to the manager. I’ve contacted the USPS postal inspector. I have made complaint after complaint and nothing happens at this point. It has me ready to shut down my business completely because I can’t keep running it and not having a reliable post office. Some items will get scanned as leaving the post office and never get scanned again. The first package they ever lost really awoken me and I made sure to do everything by the book I get receipts, I take pictures of my package, And I watched the tracking like a hawk my last time dropping off packages to the post office. It was four big packages all valued over $100 and all four of them got scanned in as departing the post office and have never been scanned again. I contacted USPS inspector about this incident and made a request and have made several missing package request with no help at all and when I talk to the manager jess here all he can tell me is sorry Don’t know where your package is. this Friday was my last day putting up with this post office once again I dropped off three big packages that I had to drop off to the front because they wouldn’t fit in self serve in all three packages have been scanned as Leaving the post office and none of them have ever been scanned again. That makes seven packages in total in the last three months all valued over $100 just completely vanishing out a thin air I put in missing report request and they never find a thing I suspect theft and unfortunately this is gonna cause me to have to close down my business because I don’t have a reliable post office anywhere near me .
- NNNathalieAug 8, 20265.0I wanted to say thank you so much to the lady that assisted me with mailing packages to my husband in Japan and for helping me with a self addressed envelope which made it possible for me to receive my dependent visa so I may join my husband in Japan. I never received her name, but she was so patient and friendly while we were dealing with technical difficulties with the customs form. The receipt says Clerk 41. Thank you so much for being a blessing!!

Pulled in Tuesday afternoon, mail person was parked in front of my house, sitting in the truck, pulled away as soon as I pulled in my driveway. Walked up to my door and the mail to go out was STILL there! Flag was still up! Came back today and it is STILL there! Beyond passed
