They “forwarded” my package on accident and then called me to retrieve it- literally 15 minutes before closing- so I jumped in my car and rushed across town, getting to their lobby with only a minute to spare- to which they said they wouldn’t help me, that I had to come back tomorrow- even though I explained that THEY had called ME and it was their mistake in the first place. Horrible customer service.

I've never written a bad review in my entire life, but this place was just terrible. I was trying to apply for my first passport. When I went inside, I was told they had no passport agent and to go to the clerk's office across the street. Okay cool, so I go over to the clerk's office. Long story short I needed a little extra money in a money order than expected due to fees changing, I wasn't aware of this but that's totally fine. I go back to the post office and get one. Apparently I got one that was 4 cents too much since my other money order already covered some of the extra unexpected fees, I was a bit annoyed but I thought sure I could just refund this then get the proper amount. That was on me for sure, I should've double checked. When I went back to the office for a refund or to correct the money order error, the passport agent just straight up refused to refund me. She told me, "it's only 4 cents, they'll accept it." This really pissed me off! The clerk's office and the US Department of State clearly state they need an EXACT amount, no more or no less. I wasn't going to argue, so I ended up going to AMSCOT to get the proper amount instead to get it over with. It was such a joke to just refuse a simple refund because, "it's only 4 cents." I also thought it was interesting I was told there was no passport agent at first, but then after going back and forth there's a passport agent but she's refusing to help me get the proper amount? What type of passport agent doesn't know that the US Department of State needs an exact amount? Overall, very rude staff and a huge waste of time. I'll admit it's on me for not knowing the fees changed, but no need to deny service over something so small and easy to fix.

The Staff at this USPS is very rude, disrespectful and unwilling to help. They will try to embarrass you in front of everyone for information that you do not know. It's a reason why y’all work there and we dont. Please do better. Not my first bad experience with this specific one. Please check y'all's staff. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ниже — естественная американская версия. Она звучит как письмо реального клиента, а не как дословный перевод. This message is both a review and an open letter to the leadership of this company, if anyone in leadership is genuinely interested in improving customer service. Dear Management, I assume your job is to improve the quality of your company’s operations and the experience you provide to customers. Your business exists because of people. Customers are the ones who pay for your services and keep your company running. I encourage you to look at the reviews for your locations across the country and honestly evaluate the level of service you’re providing. The feedback speaks for itself. It’s now 2026, yet something as simple as mailing a package still creates unnecessary frustration. A customer walks into your store expecting to send a package, only to discover they need to buy an entire roll of packing tape just to seal one box. Why not solve this problem in a way that benefits everyone? Simply include the use of packing tape as part of the shipping service. Charge an extra $0.50 or even $1.00 per package, and have your employees tape the box before shipping it. Your customers would appreciate the convenience, your company would generate additional revenue, and you would eliminate one of the most common and unnecessary frustrations people experience when visiting your stores. Most customers don’t need an entire roll of tape. They need to seal one package. Requiring them to purchase a full roll creates an unnecessary inconvenience for something that could be solved in less than a minute. Great companies focus on removing obstacles, not creating them. Small improvements like this make a meaningful difference in how customers perceive your business. I hope someone with the authority to make decisions reads this message and considers implementing simple, customer-focused improvements. Sometimes the smallest changes have the biggest impact on customer satisfaction. Thank you for your time.

I am honestly surprised and disappointed that a post office can steal mail/packages and nothing is ever done. Over the past two years I have had a few pieces of mail/packages missing. I even go through the missing mail request & nothing is resolved. My mailbox is lock & key so the only person who would have access is the mail carrier & myself. It's obvious that there is fraud since only checks or expensive packages end up missing. It's ridiculous that they are allowed to employ criminals and do nothing for peoples personal property. Avoid at all cost.
