- AGAngel GarciaApr 29, 20261.0Teach your staff to have more patience and manners instead of being sarcastic and giving snide remarks trying to belittle you and make you feel dumb. This place is not organized when you walk in , it says free boxes so I grabbed a box assuming it was free when I went to the counter I told tom I didn’t know it was for priority mail even though it says on the box those are the only ones visible . I knew he was growing impatient with me so I just carried on and paid for the priority shipping but honestly the customer service is really poor here . Even the female associate was behaving similar to another customer . Ya’ll need to learn to have patience and be more helpful instead of being rude .
