- ISisabella sophiaJul 29, 20261.0I stopped here to drop a parcel off at this post office with my package ready to be shipped in a USPS bubble mailer with a label that I had purchased earlier in the day at a different USPS location and a clerk named Tom helped me at the front. He began to peel back the already sealed package as I looked confused and I said “That’s mine” and he told me “I just need to make sure that it’s not ours” and I had to repeat “That’s mine.” Before he stopped trying to peel open my package. I don’t like to be accused of stealing or anything of the sort.

- NSn simoneJun 26, 20262.0I don’t post things often but on 3 occasions I have paid extra to have delivery guaranteed by a specific day and my packages have all arrived late by a range of 1-4 days. One of my packages didn’t even leave Tampa for a few days and I don’t understand why. If I hadn’t paid extra money it wouldn’t be as bad, but this is a definite area for improvement.

This place is not organized when you walk in , it says free boxes so I grabbed a box assuming it was free when I went to the counter I told tom I didn’t know it was for priority mail even though it says on the box those are the only ones visible . I knew he was growing impatient with me so I just carried on and paid for the priority shipping but honestly the customer service is really poor here . Even the female associate was behaving similar to another customer . Ya’ll need to learn to have patience and be more helpful instead of being rude .
