  Shipped a package 2 day service and after a week, the receiver refused it because it was late. When the package was returned to the store, they never contacted me to pick it up, but just threw it away. They promised a refund for shipping charges only, but that like the package never showed up. Avoid using this place.

  I was in a bind as my cell phone battery was about to die so my screen went dark and couldn't be scanned. Selene helped me out and let me borrow a charger to get enough juice to scan. I also had to change location on my return ticket (somehow it was for Kohls) and Selene let me continue to charge while I got that squared away. She was patient and friendly and that is just what I needed to get through my day! Thanks so much.

  I always have a great experience at this UPS store. Today, Selene was incredibly helpful! She helped me choose the perfect box to ship some items to my niece, making the whole process quick and easy. The checkout was fast, and she provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!

  Whenever she greeted me she had the biggest smile on her face. She is so nice and respectful when addressing people. Also when I walked in I smelt this delightful smell of vanilla and thought I accidentally walked into a bakery…nope, that was just Jaylyn because she smells SO GOOD :D
