  I want to specifically recognize Emily, who was outstanding. She was incredibly patient, proactive, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. She communicated clearly, took the time to assist me, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure everything was handled correctly. Her customer service was excellent and very much appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with Bryce was the complete opposite. He came across as cocky, dismissive, and unprofessional. His communication was poor, and he seemed far too preoccupied with his cell phone to properly acknowledge customers. What bothered me most was that he intentionally ignored me, yet interrupted what was going on to “greet” another customer. I also caught him giving Emily a negative look about me when he apparently thought my head was turned. That kind of behavior is immature, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate in a customer-service setting. Emily deserves recognition because she demonstrated exactly what good customer service should look like. Unfortunately, Bryce’s behavior left such a negative impression that I will take my business elsewhere in the future. It is worth the extra drive to Riverview to be treated professionally and respectfully.

  Help me understand why there is a small child working this location at a register on a Friday morning at 10am The only other person in the store has no idea of how to help. Isn’t this some type of labor law? This girl is maybe 10? She is here almost daily and today actually doing all the work!!
