  Walter and the lady there was extremely helpful in helping me add the location to the drop off. I was in a rush and they took the time to assist me. I was greatly grateful since I had to get back to work.

  A very welcoming place with kind and helpful staff. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the team is consistently friendly and willing to help. Whether you have questions, need assistance with your packages, or need a hand with your boxes, they’re always happy to help. Great customer service every time!

  I’m a regular customer in this location, I always prefer to come here for my returns and shipping of packages. Walter was super friendly, he helped me with some packages that I was bringing in and hold the door for me to come in and out. I appreciated that since is the first time a employee help me with my multiples boxes to ship 😅 He’s amazing!!!

  I would give the Store a minus 10 if that was available. I recently lost a dear friend and was in Tampa area to help make final arrangements and clean out her house. I had precious items of hers that I didn't want to have damaged in my suitcase on the way home. As it turned out, that would have been a better choice. I trusted this store to professionally pack my precious, irreplacable items. UPS ground sent my package to at least a dozen locations before it came to me at my home in Tennessee. It was 7 days late. When I opened the box the items were so broken that they were unrecognizable!! The teapot, vase and cup barely had bubble wrap and there was NO popcorn to secure everything in there. Nevermind that the box was late and visited over a dozen locations before I received it. IF it had been packed properly, it would have arrived intact and I would not be making this review. Also, the Claim process was EXTREMELY difficult and I got kicked out of the system 3 times. I made nunerous calls to the Store, less than sympathetic, telling me I had to file the claim while folks at UPS Corp number were telling me it ws the store's responsibility. Not only will I not be using that store again I will never use UPS again.
