    This store is consistently overcrowded, disorganized, and clearly understaffed. Every time I’ve visited this location, there’s been a long line, random packages piled around, and only one or two employees trying to manage complete chaos. Today, I was already short on time, and the self service return kiosk wasn’t working properly. I waited in line to have my son’s youth football paperwork notarized. When it was finally my turn, the associate helping me asked another employee where the notary stamp was and took my ID while I started filling out the paperwork. Once the other employee came over with the stamp, she asked what the documents were for. I explained they were youth football forms. She then refused to notarize them because I had signed them, even though I had literally JUST signed them while they were looking for the stamp, scanning my ID, and juggling multiple customers at once. The employee with the stamp asked the other associate if she saw me sign them, and the answer was no. Maybe the issue is that the staff is trying to handle too many people at once instead of giving proper attention to one customer at a time. Employees were bouncing between customers, directing people to use a self service machine that wasn’t even functioning, and overall creating unnecessary confusion. These were simple youth football documents nothing complicated or unusual. My ID matches my name, my face and my signature. I don’t understand why this became such an issue. The lack of organization and attention to detail on their part turned a simple task into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. And yes, I was upset, and not pleasant in the moment because today was already stressful enough, and this situation only made it worse. One small interaction can completely affect someone’s day. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. To add, this isn’t the first time I’ve left this store unhappy. Their policies and guidelines seem completely inconsistent. Sometimes you’re charged extra to put an item in a bag, sometimes you’re not. Sometimes they accept the packaging you already have, other times they insist you pay for different packaging even when Amazon specifically states “no packaging needed.” The last package I returned through this location never even made it back to Amazon. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt in good faith, so when Amazon claimed they never received it, I had no proof and had to take the loss myself. Honestly, with how cluttered and disorganized this store is, I’m not surprised the package went missing. This store is overall overstimulating, if you’re looking to stress yourself go here if not, There are far too many UPS locations available to continue settling for this level of chaos, inconsistency, and poor customer experience.

    I came in here to return a all-in-one computer monitor. To box and wrap it, it was going to cost me $52. I went to Office Depot bought a box and a wrap with tape for $15. When I came back I told the woman it was an Amazon return and after she weight it and gave me my receipt as I’m leaving, I hear a loud thud. I turned around and told her that was a computer she just threw and she asked me if I bubble wrapped it. Yes I did, but that was besides the point, don’t go around throwing peoples Amazon’s return around and possibly causing damage and negating my refund.

    Julie was an employee we dealt with today. She was the most rude employee I have ever dealt with at any business I’ve been to. She is the reason I will never return. She told a man in front of me that she “hopes she never sees him in there again” because he brought in a package from Temu expecting them to be in some sort or original packaging. Now, I order from Temu and everything comes in a bag or box and is not wrapped like traditional packaging when you buy from the US. He left them another family in front of me also got the same treatment. I’m going to say that I’m not the race the people were that she was rude to but I am the race of Julie and it really seemed targeted. I will not return if you employ rude employees. Never ever again!
