  I scheduled a fingerprint appointment for 11:40 AM and it is now 12:20 PM, and the staff member responsible for fingerprinting still hasn’t shown up. This is extremely unprofessional and defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. If appointments are offered, there should be someone available and prepared to provide the service at the scheduled time. Very disappointing experience.

  Worst possible customer service I have seen anywhere. Total lack of communication, lack of professionalism, lack of greeting, lack of smiles, lack of attention. A 12 year old boy was throwing around a tape measure to the ceiling and back behind the counter. the person at the register was growling at him paying no attention to customers. the person in the way back had no acknowledgment of five people standing in line. When she walked to the front she was obviously Disturbed that she had to deal with customers. No apology for the wait just greeted with a Sour face. A free Amazon return which should have been so simple was complicated and cost me an extra $15. This is the UPS in my backyard I will not use them again.

  Tried to return a package twice with happy returns and they said they couldn’t help me cause the codes wouldn’t match. I contacted happy returns and they said that it could happen so UPS had to do it manually. I decided to go to another UPS store and they knew exactly what to do, I was there for no longer than 2 minutes. It was super quick. They definitely had no interest on helping me at this store.
