- EMErica MJul 31, 20261.0I paid to ship a portrait to NY, it was early in the afternoon of Thursday, July 23rd. The representative estimated it would be delivered by Tuesday, July 28th. When I checked the tracking, it hadn't left the location until the 28th and was estimated to reach its destination on the 31st. They did deliver it today. Upon opening the box and inspecting the contents, my family reported the frame was broken. Also, the portrait had only been secured in bubblewrap (I suspect the single sleeve of bubblewrap I brought the portrait over in), no other protection against damage! Very disappointed.
