  I've had a good experience in here before, but today was less than favorable. Rude Employees who act like your an inconvenience to them. Also, you will need exact change or to use your card. Next time I'll be sure to take my business down to the next UPS or FedEx store.

  DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING OUT OF HERE! I went into this place thinking I’d have a seamless time sending out some gifts to loved ones. Instead, I found myself defending my wallet against the likes of a used-car salesman. The guy helping me had the worst attitude. He seemed genuinely annoyed that he had to work—as if the rest of us aren’t participating in the same struggle. The least you can do is make the interaction pleasant. I asked how he was doing. Silence. He takes my card and goes, “Uh, this needs a zip code.” Okay. I ask for the card back so I can add it, and he motions with his hands, “Just tell me it,” as if I work part-time there and am intimately familiar with the inner workings of the UPS mailing system. Regardless, I chose to be cordial. Notice, it’s a choice, sir. Try making better choices. Then the quotes start getting absurd. First, I’m told I need to purchase a whole book of stamps. Fine. I play along. Then I’m told mailing ONE CARD will cost me $18. It gets worse. I have a package going to London. It weighs about ONE POUND and contains a gift. Do you know this man looked me directly in my eyeballs and told me it would cost approximately $200+ TO MAIL IT? Yes. $200+. And with a completely straight face, he tells me: “This is the cheapest it will cost you ANYWHERE.” Then comes the explanation about fuel prices and how I’m not going to find a better price anywhere else. Honey. I don’t know if the look in my eye seemed like a challenge to him, but at that point I asked for ALL of my things back. HE LOOKED SURPRISED. And then he doubled down: “You’re not going to find anything cheaper anywhere, so you should just mail it here.” YEAH, RIGHT?! Sir, I DID find it cheaper. I drove myself directly to the post office. Not only was I treated like an actual customer there, I genuinely enjoyed the interaction with the clerk. And do you know what I paid to mail EVERYTHING? $30. THIRTY. DOLLARS. The difference was so ridiculous that I’m still trying to understand how we went from more than $200 at this location to $30 at the post office. Apparently the fuel prices improved dramatically during my drive over. I understand that UPS and USPS are different services with different rates and shipping options. What I do not appreciate is being told that I absolutely would not find a cheaper option anywhere else when that clearly was not the case. So, no. I will not be mailing anything from this location again. I do want to acknowledge the other gentleman working there, though. Thank you for being kind, helping me immediately, and treating me like a person. I wholeheartedly believe that had you handled my transaction from the beginning, the experience would have been completely different. Everyone else: PLEASE compare your options before paying these prices. Do not just accept the claim that you won’t find anything cheaper elsewhere. The post office mailed everything I needed for an affordable price and provided significantly better customer service while doing it. UPS tried to hustle me like a used-car salesman who didn’t make varsity. Stay safe out there.

  This store location is great, employees are really nice, they greeted me as soon as I walked in, and John helped me make sure my package was extra secured when I asked him.
