- KAKat AutumnAug 6, 20261.0I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experience with Clerk #44, Amy, on August 6, 2026, at approximately 12:28 p.m. EST. I arrived with several prepaid packages that were already sealed, labeled, and ready to be scanned. After the packages were accepted, I requested a receipt for my shipment. Amy informed me that she would only provide a receipt for up to five packages and stated that even doing that was “pushing it.” I explained that I needed proof of acceptance for all of my packages, as receipts are important documentation for prepaid shipments. This resulted in an unnecessary discussion that lasted approximately ten minutes. At the time, there were no other customers waiting in line, so I was confused as to why my request could not be accommodated. Throughout the interaction, I found Amy’s communication to be argumentative and unprofessional. I also observed her using her phone during the encounter, which further contributed to the impression that customer service was not being prioritized. As a result of the delay, I was late returning to work. I have never experienced this issue at any other location when dropping off prepaid, labeled packages, and I left feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide what I believe was a reasonable customer service request. I have reported this matter to Corporate because I believe this interaction fell below the level of customer service expected. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that Amy receive additional coaching on professionalism, communication, and customer service expectations to help prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Packages are frequently delivered to the wrong house and half the time never make their way back to me. I try to call for assistance and NO ONE ANSWERS! I would leave 0 stars if I could
