Obviously you hate your job, but must I suffer for it? Don't get me started on the driver's either, I'm tired of their "can't do"attitude. I'll drive all the way over to the location on 75th to avoid the downtown bunch. Yuck

First, the front desk gentlemen (1 of 2 working that day) begins to help and then says his shift is ending so he starts packing up - ok, fine. We then move to the next counter. Once there, we are "greeted" by a very annoyed and irritated employee who acts as though we work for her. She begins to give us instructions on how to fill out the certified mail very quickly, without directly assistance. She then asks why we aren't finished as there is a line of people waiting. This place is a joke. It's sad to see what our tax dollars are going towards.

I called the main number and provides the tracking number, they said that whole address was not on the package, yet it was still marked delivered. How is that even possible? You can't deliver something if you don't know where it goes. That is plain shady. Main customer service advised me to call this local office and talk to delivery supervisor. I called 8 times and was disconnected each time without someone ever picking up. I've been calling to try and help resolve this, to help them be able to deliver it, but they don't answer the damn phone. As well, my mail if often not delivered. I have informed delivery and see what should be delivered each day. It rarely shows up.
