  Kathy puts all the stress away when handling anything with time constraints or importance extremely efficient and any UPS store thar she works in is definitely beneficial.....when going to this store you feel great knowing Kathy might be there to assist you and feel as if your going there specifically to be helped by Kathy she makes everything smooth and simple to take care of

  Kathy was awesome! I’m sure I was the worst customer and she was very patient and understanding. Very friendly. Would have been easy to be rude to me because I had issues. I came to the store three times! Stupid mistakes. Life can be difficult. She helped resolve my issues with clear instructions/explanation. Thank you for being so nice and patient.

  I have two UPS stores equal distance from my house. The one on 53 rd Ave West in Bradenton is the best. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and kind. Everyone of them. They are patient and help who needs it. One young , man stands out .Connor. I had a complicated return in which i inadvertently made the return to Whole Goods. Between taking other people in line he was able to cancel that return and switch it back to UPS. His smile , well, he was more than happy to help this old lady while not holding up the line. This is not the first time Connor has helped me out. What an outstanding employee, My go to store for returns and more.

  Conor and Diana provide exceptional customer service at the 3547 53rd Ave W location in Bradenton. So helpful. I had a package that had to be returned to a competitor and they were kind enough to give me the address since I am visiting from California. I have shipped things several times from this location and each time it has been a positive experience. Thank you and keep up the great work!

  I showed up at the UPS store at 8:30 and there were 5-6 people already engaged with Kathy. I readied myself for a substantial wait, however to my surprise, Kathy asked what I needed and muti-tasked me into the mix that she was juggling. Kathy had everyone in the store engaged in conversation and smiling as she handled numerous projects simultaneously. I couldn't help but have a spring in my step and a positive outlook when I left the store. Kathy is a rare find!!! I read folks rather well being a career executive recruiter and I was amazed at the friendly, upbeat manner in which Kathy was handling multiple business projects all the while making everyone in the store feel that their business was important. KUDOS KATHY!!!
