  Craig was very helpful as I walked into the wrong building instead of USPS. He helped me boxed up my return items and explained to me that the items needed to be in a box and they would print out the return labels as my items were brought in loosely. I thanked him as he mentioned it is under new management and welcomed him to the neighborhood.

  The UPS store on Markey Street in Lakewood Ranch is awesome! Everyone I’ve met there has been super helpful and friendly since our company opened up a mail box there! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people 😊
