- EMEdwin Mojica3 days ago5.0Today I was at the UPS Store in Lockwood Ridge and I received a great customer service from Pri and PJ. They’re both really helpful, nice and dedicated. I had some issues when dealing with my fingerprints submission and Pri helped me a lot. Thank you guys!
- CCCare4 days ago2.0Went here to get fingerprinted. There were three workers, they all were not happy to see us. We needed to get fingerprinted. No one wanted to help us. There was no customer service for fingerprinting. You're on your own. Will not take my business here ever again.
- DDDanielAug 10, 20265.0I will start by writing that I am not one to write reviews, but I was so impressed by this UPS store that I felt an obligation to do so. My wife and I had 61 pieces of documents to print and scan. We arrived at five in the afternoon. The store closes at six and in between the courtesy attention to detail and help from all the staff they kept us in the store 45 minutes after hours; needless to say that we were extremely satisfied and being that we live in Palmetto, we will make it a point to always come to the store. I strongly recommend the professionalism of the staff to everyone in the vicinity Special thanks to PJ
