I’ve been going to this ups store and multiple others for 10+ years and have never been treated the way I was today. I simply asked to use a box cutter knife to finish packaging my packages. And they said they won’t let me use it. (Every other store doesn’t have a problem with my doing that.) And so I asked them to cut it for me and they wanted to charge me. And believe me it’s not about the money it’s the way I was spoken to. And then I asked if I could just have my labels so I can go to a different ups store and the refused to give me the labels after they were already printed. They then threatened to call the cops so I left. I came back 20 minutes later because I forgot my tape and bubble wrap, and immediately as I walked in they were back to being disrespectful. And said I was trespassed and to get out when I was simply grabbing my belongings. It’s not the words that people say but the way they say it.
