  Danny, the owner of the store, really cares about the quality of service and the customer experience. Based on the cleanliness and organization of the store, and Danny’s reception as soon as I walked in, I knew he was the owner. This is a great location. I would go out of my way and pass my local UPS to come here.

  Envié mi caja y pague un seguro para cualquier problema , y ahora resulta que mi caja la abrieron antes de llegar al punto de entrega y me sacaron 2 celulares en caja nuevos balorados en 1280 $ cada uno 'un par de zapatos nuevos y ahora quiero recurrir ha UPS que me ayude y solo me lleban de oficina en oficina ' y no me dan respuestas , absolutamente Desepcionada

  Hannah is the most positive, professional and warm bubbly person in ALL of UPS! She gives amazing customer service! I have a UPS near me, I rather take the 10 min drive to come to this one because of their awesome customer service and support!! Thanks you guys!!!
