It was a brown paper envelope recycled fm my Amazon delivery 12” x 8.5 x 1.5” I asked for the cheapest rate and quoted $35 I politely asked how could that be and was told its expensive. I asked does it cost less to use a UPS box I could purchase and told no. I went home bought the bbq spice online and it totaled $16 including shipping. I opened the envelope and kept the spice for myself. Heres a pic of the opened envelope with the address removed. Maybe the person is new and doesnt know how to lookup the shipping. I dont mind paying more for local services but more than double is where I pass

She is instantly annoyed with you the moment you walk in and huffs and puffs the entire time she helps you. (And it wasn’t just me. I was watching her interact with others in the store at the time too.) The first time I let it go, thinking she was just having a bad day; however, after two subsequent and identical experiences, it’s now no longer an isolated incident but rather truly how she interacts with customers. Despite this store being right in my back yard, I’ll now be visiting another UPS location from now on so that I can have a more pleasant experience.
