I have used this location many times since they opened. Was always happy with the friendly quick service. However, after purchasing a roll of 100 stamps and was charged $101.50 ($19.50 over the price from the Post office of $82.00). I will not return to this location. $19.50 is an outrageous convenience charge for stamps!!

Pésima la atención sobre todo de la chica que habla español, no entiendo como siendo propios latinos seamos tan odiosos, nos atendió súper odiosa!!! Cuando uno trabaja con el público debe ser amable!

It makes the return process hassle free. No explaining your return, why, what happened. Gets rid of the return counter anxiety.

The staff is incredibly helpful, courteous, professional, and overall very patient. It's a great location. I'm in my mid 70s and I do a lot of Amazon packages, sometimes I am charged $2.27 because I don't have a printer and they need to print the label. I give them $2.30 and tell them to keep the three cents and add it to their Christmas party fund. Every time they laugh like it's the first time they heard it. That's the kind of courtesy that customers appreciate.
