- LELand ExclusiveJun 12, 20261.0They refused to sign as witnesses on a deed that I was getting notarized. I buy and sell property for a living and get deeds notarized several times per month. Mostly at the UPS store. This is the first time EVER that I was told I needed to bring my own witnesses. This was a major inconvenience for me. And very frustrating and upsetting because having recently moved, this is my closest ups store. Thankfully all the other locations in town are perfectly fine witnessing my deeds. Owner at this location should take note and change their policy.

- BMBob MacDonaldApr 22, 20262.0Not very happy with pricing. Had a 28lb box valued at 2k I was sending ups ground. Unit was double boxed (in original packing as it came to me from the supplier). Price came up to $152.00 to ship it with insurance. They further told they would be opening the box to inspect and photo it which I had never heard of before. The insurance also only covered loss, not damage as they did not pack it for me. Also, delivery confirmation with signature was mandated to protect them as well. So now I wonder since they are opening it, inspecting, photographing it - why is damage not covered as they are now repacking it? All said and done, after I got home I logged into our UPS account as if I was going to ship it myself and have UPS pick it up. Same parameters as on my receipt from this store-$113.00. Hmmm.......
