  Dear UPS Customer Service: I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my recent visit. I went to the store to return an Amazon package, and while I was there, my young daughter picked up a small handheld massager that caught her eye because it resembled a toy. We examined it briefly and tested it out, as it was battery-operated. At that moment, the employee on duty addressed me in a highly disrespectful manner, stating that if I did not intend to purchase the item, I should not touch it. She made this comment without knowing whether or not I actually intended to buy it. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, inappropriate, and unnecessarily rude. In fact, I *did* intend to purchase the item for my daughter; however, due to the employee's behavior and lack of courtesy, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. This experience left me with a very negative impression, and I believe it is both important and fundamental for a customer service provider to be respectful and professional in order to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

  TO SANDY, ANNETTE, and NATE: You guys are the real MVPs. You have all come through when we needed you, and I know I’ve left a review before on my other account, but y’all deserve another for your complete TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, KINDNESS (even at the end of your shift or super early in the morning) and for your GENERAL AMAZING PERSONALITIES!!! We love this store, but most of all, we love the EMPLOYEES. Give them all HUGE RAISES ASAP PLEASE!!!! ❤️🙏

  I’ve been to this location several times and each time was a pleasant experience. Everyone that has helped me has been friendly and attentive. The wait times are never long and the team is aware of their surroundings when new customers enter which is always nice.

  Hannah and Sandy both deserve raises!! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted warmly and offered help with bagging and putting labels on 12 packages going to 12 different locations. This took both time and patience and I really appreciated the kindness that was extended to me as it is already stressful enough making sure each one gets where they need to go. During this time, I also watched them help a variety of customers and was so impressed by each interaction. We need more Hannah and Sandys in the world! Well done ladies!
