The staff is always friendly and polite, and they go out of their way to help with anything you need—whether it’s mailing a package, buying stamps, or answering questions. What stands out most is how fast and efficient they are. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly because the employees genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly. It’s refreshing to visit a post office where the team is both helpful and professional. Overall, this is one of the best post office experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend the Downtown Boynton Beach location!

- CJCynthia JApr 15, 20251.0217 N Seacrest "downtown" US POST OFFICE BRANCH IS A DISASTER NIGHTMARE and they should be SHUT DOWN. They are dangerously UNTRAINED and ignorant. I sent a very important letter to the MA Court System via CERTIFIED mail which I paid $11.60 to do. I had the mail address written on the envelope with my sender address in the top left corner. The dumb clerk said "she put it through the system so no need to hand write the addresses on the certified slip nor on the return receipt green card." Two days later I looked at the certified receipt she gave me and on the receipt was only "Boston, MA" with the incorrect zip code. To add insult to injury, all of the tracking information said the same thing! Even when I received a notice that my letter was delivered - it was delivered to Boston, MA!! How incredibly inept. It is a good thing that Trump is strongly considering selling the USPS to a 3rd party because these people are lazy, rude, good-for-nothings.
