A clerk incorrectly denied that they offered a specific federal service, then admitted she didn't know how to process it after I insisted. After making me wait 40 minutes, she expected me to explain the job to her, only to ultimately turn me away and tell me to go elsewhere. Complete lack of customer service and basic competence

- LKLinna KarapetianSep 12, 20261.0Had other labels exposed however crossed out addresses and anything scannable leaving the appropriate label visible for courier. This apparently became an issue and they wouldn’t take my Package. Never has this happened at any other post office or UPS and if it were a problem the employees were nice enough to cover the old labels for me with a sticker etc. I was turned away when the issue could’ve been fixed easily as I was unaware this is some sort of new/old policy. Not sure but I won’t be returning to this postal office.
- MKMike KunigenasAug 31, 20262.0The post office looks like it is closed. No self service Kiosk to mail items or purchase stamps. Dirty and disorganized, a person just cut in line and someone complained. Person at counter could barely sell 10 forever stamps nevermind doing a difficult task.
