Rude staff. Waited in line for a notary, employee told me “nobody here can do it try another location.” Why offer it as a service or at least apologize for inconvenience?

Not only did I have to wait for a manager in order to have something notarized (I believe this "manager" was the young lady in pajamas and fuzzy slippers in the back that slipped out before I made it to the counter) but I shipped an old phone back to Verizon, used the self service kiosk, placed it on the counter, and now surprise surprise, my package never made it to Verizon.

This place has always had the rudest and laziest staff even at the old location. The woman working today was rude to everyone in front of me and even though there was a line out the door, she took her sweet time and moved super slow. When I finally got to the counter, she told me that my package wouldn’t arrive safely and stood there staring at me with a blank stare, I asked what would be the concern? She said it doesn’t have enough tape. I stood there confused and asked politely if she could tape it (like she did everyone else’s package and they didn’t have to ask for it before me)? She didn’t say anything at all, handed me the tracking and said have a good day. She stood there staring at the box like she has never seen one before, I asked is everything good? She said yes and slowly grabbed the tape. It’s worth the drive to go to Woolbright or avoid shipping from UPS. They are miserable and incompetent here.
