  I walked into the store with fully boxed and fully labeled packages already affixed with prepaid labels ready to go. I attempted to simply drop them off and leave (no receipts needed) and the lady working yelled at me and told me NO, you have to wait in line. I said mam, they already have labels and just need to be dropped off. She proceeded to yell and say you’ll need to get in line. I’m curious if this policy is from the franchise owner or the employee herself?! First of all, I print my own labels and prepare my own packages so I don’t need to wait in line. Second, I did not ask for a receipt so I didn’t need anything from her or any other employee. I just needed to drop off my pre-labeled packages for UPS to pick up. I’m a local franchise owner myself and would never allow my employees to treat a customer like she did. I would fire that lady immediately before she does more damage to the business and its reputation. I will never be going back to that store and it’s a shame, because it’s the closest one to my house.

  This is the BEST UPS store in Palm Beach. My family does a lot of Amazon returns here and I trust them with my business mailbox. The manager Stevens is a great guy. Matthew & Trina are amazing!

  All the staff at 4493 are excellent. Patrina is the Queen of 4493. She is and over the years has been professional, kind, patient and unruffled.

  I come here because it's close to my house. Every time I visit, it’s exhausting because the place is quite small and always crowded. That’s probably why the staff and even the person I believe is the owner aren’t very friendly. I will still come back because of the convenient location, but if I don’t see any improvement in your attitude, every visit will result in a bad review. I promise you that .

  Literally the rudest staff. If you call this store, they try to get rid of you off the phone as fast as possible, they just want you to call the 800 number which is automated. They interrupt you, yell and speak over you, and their excuse is "i was tryin to tell you but you won't listen to me" . The two girls who worked the closing shift today, Sat 6/27 might as well have worked for Walmart. I own a business and regardless if I believe my customers are right or wrong I allow them to finish their sentence, and once they are done I politely explain things to them from an understanding place. UPS needs to hire better customer service employees, I will never use this location, I will use the one on Boynton and Congress instead.
