  So easy to work with, great service, kept in contact throughout the process, and packed artwork arrived carefully and so well protected and boxed, and in great shape. Highly recommend.

  The team in Boynton Beach was terrific! They were efficient in quoting some delicate shipments and then followed through with careful packing and shipping. Everything arrived in one piece. I recommend them.

  Rahj and his team were friendly and excellent to work with. They were very considerate of my items that needed to be shipped. Items arrived with no harm. Highly recommended especially for delicate and fragile shipping needs.

  I went to this UPS Store to print and notarize a document for insurance purposes. The employee helping me came back and said the document couldn’t be notarized because it was an immigration document. I explained that it was not an immigration document—it was for the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. She went to speak with her supervisor, and a tall Indian gentleman (I don’t know his name) came out. I explained the same thing to him, but he immediately said, “We don’t notarize anything related to immigration.” I calmly explained again that the document had nothing to do with immigration. He then raised his voice and said it was UPS policy. I politely asked, “What is the UPS policy?” because I was simply trying to understand why documents from a lawyer could be notarized but this insurance document could not. Instead of explaining, he raised his voice again and said, “I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know. No customer can force me to do anything.” His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was only asking for an explanation and never tried to force anyone to notarize my document. The lack of customer service was very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

  I cannot say enough how wonderful it was (and is) working with this UPS! I am a fine art painter, and had a sale and needed to ship the (somewhat large) painting from Florida to NH. I decided to entrust this UPS (every UPS is individually owned) because of good reviews and they had experience with shipping fine art. Raj was wonderful to work with, gave me a written estimate via email prior for packing the art (you need to let them do that so it is insured for the value) and shipping. I was VERY nervous but was reassured it would be well cared for and taken care of promptly. He did such a great job! It arrived to the buyers soon then expected, in pristine condition! He was very good also with communication, and follow-up! It's worth it to note, that I had gotten a couple of quotes for shipping, and even slightly less then this one, BUT I felt better about my piece being with THIS UPS, as the others were very casual and didn't seem to specialize in fine art shipping the way this one did, and it was well-worth it (and the peace of mind). It was a great experience, and I'm so glad I went with this store, and will definitely go to this store again for any valuable shipments. Thank you and thank you Raj! :)
