  I visited this location to purchase a passport photo for the first time and had a very pleasant visit. Every team member was helpful and guided me where to go. They provided prompt customer service and followed up with getting me the right person. I was helped by Mark, who was very professional to work with. He handled everything patiently and with a smile. He made it quick and easy and worked with me until I was happy with the result. He also made sure to verify the digital copy for me to see, and communicated my purchase to customer service so there was no explaining needed on my end. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to use their services. What a great team. Thank you so much!

  I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Staples. Every time I come in to print labels, stickers, or other projects, everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. What stands out most is that they genuinely care about the quality of their work. They take the time to answer questions, make suggestions, and ensure everything looks great before it’s printed. It’s rare to find a team that takes so much pride in what they do, and it never goes unnoticed. Their attention to detail and willingness to help make every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

  The older each blind lady that works here was a real hassle. I called on the phone to make sure that they did Amazon returns and all she said was Yep then hung up when I arrived in store I went up to her and immediately she yells out nope can’t return this. It’s too big it won’t fit in our box so I politely say is it OK if I try and she says Yep, throwing me the tape and the box the item fits perfectly inside after this she mumbles under her breath, people man, these people I can’t deal with them right now. I told her that if she didn’t like her job, she should find a new one and happily left.

  Minnie at the Boynton Beach location was an absolute HERO!!! We had a school project that went awry. Ordered stickers for the student council elections online from another provider and they weren't delivered. Reached out to Staples in Boynton Beach FL and spoke to Minnie at 945am. Explained the situation and that if the stickers weren't delivered to the school by 11:30am, our student candidate could be disqualified. She told me to send the order and she'd get right on it to see how it looked and try to get it done. I arrived at the store at 10:45 and she already had a proof but it needed some work. She addressed the issues and got it printed. But...I still had to cut the stickers. She helped get them cut so that I had 180 individual stickers. I was out of the door by 11:10am and was able to deliver the stickers at 11:25am, just in time. I COULD NOT have done this without her. Staples is great, but Minnie!!?? An absolute GEM!! I wish we had more like her in the world. Thanks a million, Minnie!
