  I went to return an item using Happy Returns and I had the code ready to scan waiting at the counter for a bit but noone was there. A man walked by and ignored me. When he was walking away I said excuse me but is there anyone to help me and he said yes your next and kept walking. So then I said to the lady at the printing counter who looked like she was involved in a project that was going to take a little while ( who had already glanced over at me a few times and was ignoring me also) I asked her was that guy the manager? He had returned to the counter at that time and heard me ask her that and yelled at me "what are you complaining about now?!" I couldn't believe he was talking to me like that! He come over and finally scans my phone and I say to him sir I was not complaining I just think if there is someone waiting at the counter and employees are walking by or nearby and see someone waiting that it is nice to at least be acknowledged or told we will be right with you instead of being ignored. Well he yells at me again and says OH so NOW you are trying to tell me how to do my job?! And I said no but if you are the manager why are you being so rude to me and treating me like this? And he starts yelling at me AGAIN! SAYING BYE! GOODBYE! YOU CAN LEAVE NOW! WOW this manager LEONARDO is SO RUDE and not customer friendly AT ALL! And this is supposed to be the manager??? I hope Noone ever has to deal with Leonardo! SO disrespectful!!! Stay away from this guy! He is verbally abusive! I am still in shock and disbelief that this is the way customers are treated at this Boynton store. What a bully!

  First rate customer service. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Leonardo today. He had an answer for every question: where do I find key tags? where do I find white boards? which printer would be best for me? how do I set it up? how do I get my rebate coupons? can I get that fold out table but in a different size? can you help me print my brochures without messing up the ink tone? can you help me choose a chair for my desk? He opened so many doors for me. I went in feeling a bit overwhelmed but left feeling super supported and having made good decisions. I look forward to returning to this particular store for my printing needs. Thank you, Leonardo. You are one in a million.

  They directed me to the printer I wanted and needed. Let me get in and out fast. Staples should be your staple for all things home and office. They even have a large section for written planners. A big bonus! Get organized go to Staples!

  Lucas was very helpful towards me and my mother! The printing machines are down right now, which is not the staffs fault and I hope nobody gives them issues about it, but he still helped find a way to get my moms dmv stuff printed! Thank you so much 🙏
