- HHHenryAug 11, 20263.0Basic store. I was there for an Amazon return. Just follow the signs on the floor, which will take you to the Staples customer service desk. Once there, someone will scan your return code, take your package, and place it inside a big box. And you’ll be on your way. It would be nice if they had some things to look at while you’re in the store. Like for instance if I go to Best Buy, they have displays for technology or appliances or whatever’s new and exciting
- JJJJul 31, 20261.0So my husband returned from Staples to initiate an amazon return. It was his first time doing an amazon return there. Apparently Larry (staples) associate was very annoyed and didn't want to be interrupted. He showed no interest in greeting nor helping his only customer on line. My husband asked a simple question regarding the amazon app, so that the returns were done correctly, and Larry gave a sarcastic unhelpful response ("you should have the bar codes on your phone"), when my husband was asking WHERE on the app the barcodes were. As he was putting the returned items down, Larry scanned the items and threw them down into the bins, as if my husband angered him. FYI There is a reason AI is currently taking over these types of jobs.
