  Simple task take forever I came to get a print and ended up waiting over 30 mins I waited in line then had to wait again while kept helping other people when I was already here first shit is ridiculous

  Their computers were slow or not working. Left package to be picked up and it was never delievered and can't be found. Two stars as I will take responsibility for that as I should not have left it without taking receipt or tracking but assumed would be delivered as this is merely a drop of location. Visited and called FedEx numerous occasions and can't get any help.

  Great service. Customer service people are amazing. I was able to print what I needed and facts and email it and they were so helpful to me

  I am writing to bring to your attention a negative experience I had at this location. I arrived to pick up an envelope that, according to the FedEx tracking number, was delivered to your facility. However, the front desk staff member who assisted me was extremely impolite and rude. I hope you can address this matter with your team to ensure better customer service in the future.
