Always question the employee as the sale is made and check your receipt before leaving. Rushed service due to long lines of waiting customers. Atleast one employee has a noticeable lack of knowledge of delivery options and listening skills to sell the customer the requested proper service . Had always thought UPS was superior to the us postal service, but this store has changed my mind.
- STSuzy TrinoApr 23, 20261.0Miss printed a 100 copy order that cut off the top of the document and they took a 3 color original and printed black and white. They charged my credit card during the copying. I said I wanted color. The manager was not there, so they couldn’t do a refund and they couldn’t do the color copies for me at .60 and we would be even. I went back in today for a refund when the manager was there and she said that I should have asked for color. Then she said she wanted to see the original. I said I didn’t bring the original today. I asked if I could email it to her so that I didn’t have to come back a 3rd time. She said that I wouldn’t necessarily need to come back in for the refund if I emailed it. When I got to my car, I realized that I had a digital copy on my phone. I went back inside and she would not come to the counter to look at it. She said to email it. So I did. To be continued…this is all for $31.95 mind you…
