  Postal employees are very on edge at this location. They freak out if you try to take pictures showing where to go and how to get there. Employees are extremely upset if you come here to get problems addressed, but I really appreciated it because I’m the same way! I’d rather never have to come here if the mail was delivered properly! I think it worked great having the passion to resolve the problem though! Be aware that the hours at this mail sorting station are generally 10am - 4pm Monday thru Friday. And on Saturday it’s only 10am to 1pm. This is NOT a typically post office location. It’s where you go when mail on your route that this facility services is lost or if you selected it as a hold mail location. You must ring the bell or go through the double doors on the east side of the building (near the vehicle exit). Then find the white wooden desk on the left when you enter the main sorting facility. There is a bell there that you can ring if you didn’t ring the one outside (which might upset them if you ring it when they are already open). The signage is confusing, because it seems like you aren’t allowed to enter, but you are during the customer operating hours.

  I would give this 0/5 - Terrible. Manager on duty was completely unhelpful and extremely rude. Zero customer service skills. When we requested assistance with a package that we have shipped many times before, she was quoting four times the amount we normally pay and refused to look for an alternative. Went back to our old location and will drive out of the way to avoid this place.

  This place is awful, hours change all the time, and their employees complain constantly when you drop off mail. They don’t want to work and they don’t want you dropping off packages. Our rep told us we could drop off here and they always refuse. You spend tons of money with usps and they give no care in the world. Awful employees and awful customer service.

  US POS mail carrier at Mizner Court. My mail is my property- give it to me!! Thanks for the "resolution" case handler!! Hope I get my gift out of the mail slot it's STUCK IN before CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! Do better government workers!!!!
