Thank you for making this process seamless and being so patient & kind to a new family! I think it goes a long way being kind in return as they juggle so much and being mindful at what time you go based on your needs. We went right as they opened and had a great success. We knew this would be a process going into it but when we went to leave, it felt like no issue at all!

Apparently this guy treats everyone the same way… months of complaints from other people and he’s still working there? I’m sure there are plenty of people who need a job out there that would actually do their job. See video attached.
- IRI RockJun 8, 20261.0Went to this post office and this clerk Joshua (bald guy) flat out didn’t want to take my packages and give me a receipt. Completely rude and out of his mind for no reason. Even when the supervisor came he gave her attitude and still didn’t do his job. Management needs to step in and do something about this guy because the supervisor said she received so many complaints already!

An employee named Joshua was extremely rude not only to the customer in front of me, but also to me personally. His behavior was unprofessional and made the environment very uncomfortable. This experience was bad enough that I will not be returning to this location. After looking online, I also noticed many other negative reviews mentioning similar issues. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and it feels like this employee does not want to do his job properly. I hope management seriously addresses these complaints and takes appropriate action to improve customer service at this branch.
