    Josh “the supervisor” was one of the most unprofessional and rude employees I have ever dealt with. From the moment I walked up to the window, he had an attitude and was dismissive. After telling me that he could not and would not help me with an issue I was told he would solve earlier this week. I asked for his name multiple times so I could file a formal complaint, and he repeatedly refused to provide it and walked to the back of the post office, leaving the front counters, completely unattended. Fortunately, another customer that was behind me found me outside of the post office and shared their receipt with his name on it after their transaction so I could have it for the formal complaint. Clearly they witnessed his behavior as well and wanted me to have the information. Employees in customer-facing positions should treat customers with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in this interaction. After reading other reviews here, it’s clear that I’m not the only person who has had issues with Josh. I hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and looks into the situation.

    I went to the USPS location at 4:53 PM and found the doors open and unlocked, with a line of about six people already inside. Despite us arriving before closing, the tall bald man at the counter began yelling at everyone in line, stating that he would not be serving all of us and that we should go to another branch. He repeated multiple times that he would not help anyone, raising his voice in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. At approximately 4:56 PM, with about four people left in line, he continued yelling, saying, “Do you think I’m playing? I’m not serving all of you in line.” When I reached the counter at 4:57 PM, the woman assisting told me to fill out the form to change my address and come back the next day because they were about to close. This experience was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I had just gotten off work and came to this location because it was the closest one available to me. Customers come to the post office to take care of important matters, not to be turned away or spoken to in a hostile manner. I don’t typically file complaints, but the level of customer service I experienced was completely unacceptable… I would give 0 starts if I could

    A patient where I work paid for a print subscription three years ago and after a dozen emails over that time, still hasn't received it in the mail. Don't give this company your money, they'll cash the check then ignore you. Prove me wrong!

    The male manager with tattoos and facial hair, bald head is the WORST MANAGER ever! He is extremely aggressive and confrontational, I have never been spoken to by a man the way he speaks to women is disgusting. I will be going above to corporate to ensure they are aware of his terrible customer service and poor customer communication and etiquette.
