They’re always kind,patient and very thorough even when the line behind me doubles in a matter of minutes. Don’t remember his name but based on some of the other reviews here, I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with one of the male employees . Why is someone so clearly unpleasant put in a customer facing position??.

From the moment we walked up, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to answer our questions or offer any assistance, he immediately brushed us off and refused to help. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily nasty.

Thank you for making this process seamless and being so patient & kind to a new family! I think it goes a long way being kind in return as they juggle so much and being mindful at what time you go based on your needs. We went right as they opened and had a great success. We knew this would be a process going into it but when we went to leave, it felt like no issue at all!
