- CBConstance BrooksAug 25, 20265.0This post office is the BEST. I stopped going to the Banyan Trail branch. If you don't have a problem, the Banyan Trail branch will create one for you. The Boca Rio branch may have a little bit longer line, but it goes fast. The last few times I've visited I had special requests, there was a lineup when I got there, and I still got in and out within 10 minutes. It's worth the extra drive to not have to deal with the super rude employees at the Banyan Trail branch.

When I arrived there were 12 people in line ahead of me and only one ONE clerk. (And he was rude.) The line would have been even longer except that I was not the only one who simply turned around and left.

- MGMartin GamerJul 10, 20262.0I don't want to be too harsh on this Post Office, because the employees I've interacted with provide decent customer service, but it's deteriorating into an extremely poorly-run USPS location. Starting in the second half of 2025, skipped mail deliveries Mon-Sat became a regular occurrence. Packages take an extra 1-3 days to arrive because of carrier shortages. They need new leadership.
