- MSM. S.Jun 5, 20261.0How this place has managed to get more than 1 star from anyone is beyond me. Sent a package overnight on Tuesday, it's Friday now and the package has not left the area. I went into the office to seek help and a refund and they are completely inept at doing anything other than smiling and taking your money. The original Pony Express would be an upgrade to their service. I ended up telling the clerk, who wasn't listening to my questions or concerns, that if he gave me 2 weeks, I could train my dog to tap on the keyboard and bark gibberish that had nothing to do with my questions, just as he (the clerk) was doing. Absolutely horrific customer experience.
