  If you are trying to have a phone delivered to this store to pick it up, DO NOT DO IT!! PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I had a phone delivered Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning the phone was “lost”. They gave me a million different stories on what could have happened and haven’t given me any proof that this is being investigated. The manager “andre” first blamed the new employees for accidentally shipping it back, then blamed the driver for taking the phone by mistake (driver denied it when they overheard), then he said another customer with the same last name might’ve been given it (so they failed to check id???) and then they said they called them and they don’t have it. The store is constantly a mess with packages everywhere so im not surprised things get lost. They continue to act apologetic and not making any type of effort to reach out to me about the situation, it’s been me having to ask for updates. I had to be the one to ask them to check cameras and the manager said they didn’t see anything. So where is the package?? I found today that there are a bunch of other reviews with similar experiences like mine where people who have dropped off phones to be sent to T-Mobile or att coincidentally have lost their phones. Once is a mistake, but when several other people have reported it, you be the judge of what’s going on. Filing a claim isn’t a solution UPS, there’s a repetitive pattern going on in this location and it needs to be investigated.

  This UPS store advertises that: "If you're looking for notary public services in Boca Raton, come to this local The UPS Store center." BUT...... the notary is not at the store. They said he'll be there around 2:00/3:00. How does that help me?????? What a waste of time.

  Been waiting for 15 min for this location to open. Terrible. They have a huge line outside and nobody here. I will never come back to this ups ever again

  As busy as the store gets, the line always moves fast. There are always 2 or 3 employees working the counter. Andre is great! He always maintains his cool even with the rude customers. I will always go to this store for my shipments and returns.
