  This store advertises notary services. In fact, has posters in the store claiming "Notary Store" and Notary Services "Anytime". Stood in line. When the associate said Next, I asked for a Notary. He said "No notary." Huh?? I asked again and he said 8 to 12 Monday thru Friday. Store owner, get your signage straight.

  Before I share details, I know you share in my frustration and are very sorry about what happened. Came in to open a mailbox with driver's license and insurance card and waited 10 minutes online. The employees informed me I needed my motor vehicle registration which was in my car. I asked if I can go get it and bring it right back to them and they told me I needed to wait online AGAIN. They said this was your policy and if it is it's pathetic.

  What a great shop! Every time I go in there the staff is fantastic! Tyler helped me with fingerprints today and he gave the best instructions! Normally it takes a long time to have my prints done. With his direction it took a very short time. He is a great associate! Give him a raise!

  Horrible service. After waiting 30 min in line and noone approaching or asking what we needed help with the notary rep literally raised his voice when I asked him if he can help me with notary while he was scanning amazon packages. Very unprofessional and slow store.
