Terrible UPS store. Whoever Christine or Christina is, can’t remember which name she had. Terrible customer service. Rude and would not recommend this store. Worst UPS I’ve been to.

On Friday 8/21 between 3:15-3:30 pm eastern i visited this location and i will never return. I had a highly valuable heavy item that i carefully brought into the store to be shipped. Maria gave me a dirty look when i asked her i needed help to package a second box. Maybe a bad day?.. but i choose to ignore as i needed to get these items out. To my amazement Maria proceeds to pick up the heavy fragile box and just drop it on the floor with no care. When i asked why did you do that she shrugged and said "no big deal" i advised her of the importance of what is in the box and she brushed it off as "whatever" and said "You have insurance right?"... another customer behind me said out loud "What a way to treat a package". UPS needs to evaluate the level of customer service there staff at this location is providing. My wife encountered a similar scenario at this location but i thought in 9 months they had fixed the poor performance. Apparently not.
