The people who work here are nice, but unfortunately it feels like every little thing comes down to making an extra dollar. I came in with an Amazon return that needed maybe 20 inches of tape to close the box. I was told they wouldn’t tape it and that my only option was to buy an entire roll of tape from the store. What makes it more frustrating is that my wife and I routinely use this location for paid shipments, not just free Amazon returns. You would think a small courtesy like a piece of tape for a regular customer wouldn’t be a big deal. Instead, I drove over to the UPS Store in Deerfield Beach, where they gladly accepted the box and put a piece of tape on it without making an issue out of it. The employees here are pleasant, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one, but the nickel-and-diming leaves a bad impression. Sometimes a tiny gesture of customer service is worth a lot more than whatever you make selling someone a roll of tape.

Zero ⭐️Terrible experience not once,but twice in this location. It turned out to be the owner!He has a dismissive attitude. He isn’t welcoming. He won’t do anything to be helpful & literally ignored my question . He was so rude. I’m never going back there! The other UPS stores in the area are so much more helpful & actually practice customer service!
