- JBJeremy BurkeSep 18, 20261.0Seeing a business with under two stars is rare, but after visiting this location, I honestly think even two stars is generous. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the fees were outrageous. I was charged $5 just to print a shipping label and $8 for two pieces of tape. I understand that independently operated stores may charge for services, but these prices, combined with the attitude and treatment from the staff, made the entire experience unacceptable. What was most shocking was not even the pricing, but the complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. I left genuinely stunned by how poorly customers are treated here. Given the volume of similarly negative reviews, UPS corporate should seriously investigate how this location is being operated. I would strongly recommend going to another UPS Store if you have the option.
- RDRobert DunnAug 27, 20261.0Why is zero stars not an option? There was a line out the door 18 customers in the store , one young man by himself who appears a bit disoriented, he moves at a very very slow pace and seems just confused. The place stinks like weed, felt like I was back in Ocho Rios except there was no Dunns River Falls. There’s usually packages all over the place. This place is a disaster. Same guy all the time. He might sleep there. Stay clear. No notary, just this one young man.
- AAAlfred A.Aug 3, 20261.0The scanner is broke for returns. They had me redo my return and print the label instead of scan the QR code I had. They then told me after I printed the label that it would be a $5 charge. Deceptive. I would avoid this UPS store. It’s like they’re running some kind of low level scam.
- SKSarah KiedisJul 15, 20261.0I mailed two packages for a return at this location and only one got delivered. So frustrating. When I went in to talk to them they were unable to offer any help.
