  Wish I could put 0 stars. No one is available 24/7 to address an issue. I had a refrigerated medication delivery that needed to be received within 48 hours. No delivery attempt was made and by the time I saw the FedEx email, the office was closed and my delivery was rescheduled to arrive 3 days later due to the holiday. The value of the medication is $4,000 and it's no longer viable. The rep. lied to me stating that a signature was needed and no one was home when they attempted to deliver. A delivery attempt was never made (we were home all day), the paperwork states no signature is required, and they reported that is was delayed due to weather (it was raining). When the delivery was received 3 days late, it was warm and the medication was spoiled. If I had received a call from FedEx on Saturday I could have picked it up from your local facility where is was sitting, but NO ONE is available to address escalations, and there's no one to speak with 24/7. Your service is horrendous!

  Can I leave less than one star? If I could, I would. Horrible customer service. I didn't get the woman's name but from other reviews, it seems to be the same person. She was an older woman with glasses and pink nails. She was super rude and had an attitude from the beginning of our interaction. I let it go for the most part, and finally I asked can I just get my stuff back. When she asked why, I said because you have an attitude and I don't want to deal with it. She then got defensive and said " I only asked a question". I said no you are rude and have an attitude. So I took my stuff and left to a FedEx 10min away.

  I come here a lot to ship and I don’t like 1 lady here. She talks very rude with her strong personality. She orders you what to do not in a nice way. Luckily, you only ship out stuff and don’t have to deal with her after. She annoys me every time I go there. But I just keep quiet and walkout. FedEx should know this and evaluate their employees the way they treat their customers.

  Staff were extremely rude and dismissive, bordering on humiliating. Would not print a pre purchased label for us, rolled their eyes at us when we returned after printing the label elsewhere, mocked our taping of the package, refused to mark the package as fragile.
