  I've been waiting a week since my small crate was cleared for delivery at the DHL Boca service point. July second was posted as the delivery date, and the day prior, the customer service rep requested on my behalf for the crate to be delivered in the morning. There was no response and no delivery on the July 2nd, despite me calling twice that day. Customer service in the afternoon of the July 2nd was very useless. I would state my concern and he'd respond with total silence. It was like talking to an 8 year old. I mentioned its already 4pm and asked if it is still being delivered today. He said he doesn't think so and it would be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow (July 3rd) turned out to be an observed holiday for all of DHL and no one answered the phone when I followed up. I've been following up Monday and Tuesday this week and still no movement on the crate. Is it lost? Is it damaged? This prototype costed several thousands of dollars and 6 months in the making. I need answers
