- MSMichael ScherckJun 11, 20261.01. They never answer the phone. 2. Complain about having to forward important mail to local resident who has to briefly leave town. Said they should file a hold mail card every time they leave town.

I don’t understand why those people are saying those bad things about them. The staff is always so kind and ready to help even with documents. Thank you guys for working so hard to help us get our mail and packages some good people really appreciate.
