I went to the post office and they basically told me to sit outside to make sure I catch the mail lady. Which I shouldn’t have to sit outside waiting when that’s the whole point of their job. Beyond irritated.

Instead you took it back to the post office when you could've taken it to the office of the apartment complex where the packages are supposed to go! Then he had to pick it up on his own birthday and you hand it over on its side when it's fragile and has glass inside! I am beyond annoyed with this service!
