The woman that helped me Sierra Harris was one of the most friendliest professional employee that I have ever encountered at a ups store. I go off into the store local to me in pennsylvania. This woman Sierra was multitasking. She want out of her way to help me do things on the internet to get my returns correctly sorted and labeled. Thank you for your kindness and patience more people should be like you.

I understand that everyone has bad days, but when you work in customer service, customers should never feel like they’re bothering you or that you’re doing them a favor. Unfortunately, Jessica consistently comes across as unhappy to help customers. During my most recent visit, she was not only unfriendly but also rude and even raised her voice. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. What makes this even more disappointing is that other employees at this location have always treated me with kindness and respect. In particular, a young man who has helped me many times over the years has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. I have never had a negative experience with him or any other staff member. I rarely leave negative reviews, but customer service is an important part of any business. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be treated this way.
