This is absolutely ridiculous! who charges for a piece of tape? I expected a straightforward and easy return, but instead, I was hit with an unexpected hidden fee. This kind of practice leaves a terrible impression.

I also had an Amazon return that needed to be boxed up. To avoid making another trip, I asked if they had boxes available and ended up paying $9.50 for a medium-sized box. It was frustrating to pay that much for a simple box on top of already receiving such poor service. Needless to say, I will be going to the location in Sunny Isles where the employees are much nicer and helpful.
