No one at this location seems to understand what good customer service looks like. Every employee I interacted with was unwilling to help.
I also had an Amazon return that needed to be boxed up. To avoid making another trip, I asked if they had boxes available and ended up paying $9.50 for a medium-sized box. It was frustrating to pay that much for a simple box on top of already receiving such poor service.
Needless to say, I will be going to the location in Sunny Isles where the employees are much nicer and helpful.
I only go there if I absolutely have to. Stay away from the older man. He often opens late. Once you get in he still won't start working. You have to wait until he "slowly", walks around, checks everything out (boxes, fax, the floor, etc). Eventually he will turn on the computers and allow you to walk up to him. Once there wasn't a box behind him to put the package in, so he threw it on the floor and I do mean THREW! He hates being there and it shows. He'll spend so much time just looking around and SLOWLY WALKING AROUND, you pray someone will take over for him. If you're lucky enough to get one of the younger girls...you start thanking the heavens. I do everything I can to keep from going there. Because of him, the lines are extensively long. Also, he starts talking to the customer about small talk, while the line keeps getting longer. Stay away if you can! The UPS in Sunny Isles is fantastic. The 2 on Hallandale Beach Road...fantastic. If you use this one don't think you will ever be able to "just drop something off". They should have a line for just Pre-Labeled drop off where they give you a receipt . The box you can put it in will not guarantee you dropped it off and the way he works, I would not trust it.
Great location and the service representative Ken was very professional, friendly and helpful. Came in on a Saturday, not busy, minimal line up and very clean location. If you need to do an Amazon return that's at UPS in or near Aventura, Ken is your guy. Thank you for the positive experience!

Wao que pena que no hay 10 Estrellas , me encantó el servicio cliente , todos muy amables, se tomaron el tiempo para explicarme mi envío y todos los detalles, muchas gracias por tener personas como este equipo de trabajo en UPS 🤭

Good morning,
On Monday, March 31st, I went to UPS Aventura to send a document to Key Biscayne. I didn’t feel like driving all the way there, and they assured me it would arrive by Wednesday at the latest. To my surprise, Friday came — the final delivery deadline — and it never arrived! Not only did it not arrive, but the tracking number stated there was no estimated delivery date.
On Monday I went back to the UPS Aventura office. They told me an investigation would be opened and that, if resolved in my favor, I would be refunded the $15 I paid for the envelope they made me purchase plus the shipping cost. I objected and said I wanted my money back immediately, since they forced me to restart the entire process because the document did not arrive when they committed to. I explained that I live outside the United States and that there is no way for me to cash a U.S. check. I requested that my money be refunded to my card, the same way I paid.
They told me the supervisor would arrive in the afternoon and would authorize the refund to my card. To this date, that has not happened.
That’s not all. I returned again on Saturday the 11th before my flight home to the UPS Aventura office to ask what had happened with my money. They had me write down my name and email, saying someone would contact me. That also never happened.
It is truly disgraceful that you not only FAIL TO DELIVER packages, but also keep your customers’ money. In my country and anywhere in the world, that is called STEALING, UPS Aventura!
The UPS manager there even had the nerve to mention they’ve been in business for over 30 years!!
This is absolutely shameful. I demand my money back.
