  Very disappointing. This FedEx location is inside the hotel, so be prepared for a 20-minute walk through the hotel carrying a heavy box from your car — and parking is only free for 30 minutes. The worst part: they charge a $10 handling fee even when you bring a fully packed box with the shipping label already on it. This should be clearly disclosed upfront, before you haul your package across the entire hotel. Would not recommend this location. ---

  I strongly recommend avoiding this FedEx location. The customer service was extremely poor, and the entire experience was unnecessarily frustrating and confusing. I had a prepaid shipping label, yet I was told I would have to pay an additional $10 simply to drop off my package. On top of that, the location requires you to park in a parking garage and walk a considerable distance while carrying a large, heavy box. The whole process was one of the strangest and worst FedEx experiences I’ve ever had. Having to deal with poor customer service, inconvenient parking, and unexpected charges for something that was already prepaid made the experience extremely disappointing. I would definitely choose another location in the future.

  Ridiculous. You need to walk 10 minutes from your car to the place, across the entire hotel, it’s practically at a hidden location. I had to wait 20 minutes for the personnel to be able to help me. After the wait they just tell me “even though you have a QR code for shipping tot 2 boxes we still need to charge you $10 additionally per box. When I got upset the Mafe offered me to do it for $8 per box. Makes zero sense, this is so inconvenient a such a waste of people’s time. FedEx, Do better!!!!!!

  There’s no FedEx Storefront at this address. According to another review it’s inside the Marriot hotel and you have to walk a long way through it

  This was a horrible experience. I have never been more pissed than I am right now. First off the location on google maps didn’t even take me where the store was. Come to find out it is in the JW hotel. I had to park in a parking garage which later cost me 25 DOLLARS. I called the staff to give me directions which she was sassy about giving me not understanding at all. I had to ask more staff as to where the store was which wasn’t helpful AT ALL. I had to walk 10 minutes to find the location which was not easy to find. You also had to pay a fee depending on the weight of the package. So I had to pay a total of $35 just to drop off a package. Dumb of me to choose the closet location to me. Never coming back.
