For a month straight, I've had trouble getting my packages delivered. First, a "sorry we missed you" slip was placed in my mailbox (our mailbox is a mile away from our house) for a package that required a signature and the carrier never even came to the house. Then, he left a package on a parcel locker, but never left the key. The next package, he left a parcel locker key, but never left anything in the parcel locker. Every time this happened, we would call and talk to the manager, who told us multiple people in our community have been calling about the same things. We're also starting a business and are starting to ship products out of our house. He made it known the first time he had to ring the doorbell to pick up our shipment that he wasn't happy about it. Today, he did come to our house with another package that required a signature but never rang the doorbell and never knocked. I know this for a fact because I work from home and my desk is three feet from the front door. Also, we have three dogs that go crazy every time somebody knocks out rings the doorbell. He just left another "sorry we missed you" slip on the door and left. But the time I got to the post office to complain, he had already called the manager and told her that he did knock and that our doorbell doesn't work. I told her neither of those things are true and she repeatedly called me a liar. Then suggested that she'll "investigate" by coming with him tomorrow and making sure he knocks and rings the doorbell, "and we'll see if you actually answer the door" suggesting, again, that I was the one that wasn't telling the truth. I asked for her manager's contact information and she refused to give it to me and gave me the classic "I AM the manager." I found her manager's contact information on my own and they were very apologetic and said they were on top of it. A couple hours later, I'm at home again and I THINK I hear a very FAINT TAPPING on my door. As I'm getting up to investigate, the doorbell rings and the dogs do their thing and go nuts. I answer the door and there's the manager, clearly not happy that I actually answered the door, package in hand. I said, "you see how there's no way I wouldn't know somebody had come to the door if they had knocked out rang the doorbell that definitely works?" All she had to say was "I'll have to get with the carrier and see why he said the doorbell doesn't work when it does." No apology for calling me a liar multiple times, no promise that this won't be an issue again. Just her bruised ego because she was wrong.

This place is a joke there are 7 people in line and 1 person working. I've been in line 15 minutes with no movement. Just to buy an envelope... It's insane. I've taken pictures but there's no way to share them here
