I walked into this post office both times smiling, polite, and respectful, only to be met with hostility, rudeness, and what I can only describe as textbook bad customer service from two different male employees. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no attempt to provide even basic customer service. It genuinely felt like my presence was an inconvenience. I understand everyone has difficult days, but when the same experience happens twice with different employees, it starts to reflect on the culture of the office rather than a single bad interaction. I won’t be returning to this location, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the Postmaster about the level of customer service being provided here. The community deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I had packages being shown as delivered both times while on extended vacations and had to spend considerable vacation time to get each one resolved. This location also never answers their listed phone number. I hope there is an investigation into this post office.
