I had a package that seemed to be missing, and I needed it urgently for an upcoming conference we were hosting. From the moment I explained the situation, Fernando went above and beyond to help track it down. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and determined to find answers. More than anything, he made me feel like he genuinely cared and had my back throughout the process. He kept a smile on his face the entire time, helped me stay calm during a stressful situation, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. It's clear he truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in helping people. Thank you, Fernando, for turning what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed!

My package had been marked “Vacant” and “Return to Sender,” and I figured it was gone for good. Kervin checked on the package, tracked down the carrier, and they actually delivered it to the house. Amazeballs. I honestly never expected to reach a real person at the post office, much less have someone go so far out of their way to help. Faith in USPS restored. As a bonus, Kervin also explained how I can receive mail at a short term rental in the future, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you, Kervin, for the outstanding customer service. You turned what I thought was a lost cause into a happy ending.

If you must visit the location and can, go early to have a better experience. This way you can deal with pleasant, and polite people who know how to explain without insult and discuss things professionally.
