Then ups truck driver standing behind her he's white whispers under his breath she has an attitude 🙄 I told him I heard that and I said I wouldn't if she didn't hate going there when she's working
- LMLuis Miguel Mora M.Jul 16, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at the UPS Store in Rock Springs. The manager or person in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining the packaging requirements, she acted in an intimidating manner and even hit the package/box to demonstrate what she expected. I explained that the Amazon delivery bag I had was made of paper and that I was trying to use the packaging available to me. However, she continued speaking to me in a very harsh and disrespectful tone, insisting that I needed to buy a box or bring a package of a specific size. Her attitude was so aggressive that it honestly made me feel uncomfortable and even scared. I understand that UPS has rules and packaging requirements, but there is a respectful way to communicate those policies. Customers should not be made to feel intimidated when they are simply asking for assistance. I hope management reviews the customer service at this location. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough, but the rude attitude and aggressive behavior left me with a very negative impression of this store.
