  You make one employee do three jobs - check oit, Amazon return and easy tech dropoff. So there are three lines haphazardly moved along by ONE person. Simply amazing. Forget Chili's. This is the Monument Of Inefficiency.

  Rachel, Michelle, Brooke and crew… excellent customer service; kind, professional and HONEST. I accidentally left something at the store—-they kept it safe for me to come retrieve it. I really appreciate courteous staff with integrity. Thanks for hiring great people!

  Before coming to the store, I contacted Amazon customer service to confirm whether I could return a comforter that no longer had its original packaging. The comforter had originally been vacuum-sealed, but after opening it, it expanded to several times its original size. I explained this to the Amazon representative, who assured me that it would not be a problem and that Staples would package the item for me during the return process. Based on that information, I drove approximately 10 miles to this Staples location. However, before I even had the opportunity to get in line, the employee at the Amazon return counter told me that my return could not be accepted because the item was not packaged. Fortunately, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was understanding and accepted my return, for which I am very grateful. However, I was disappointed by the conflicting information between Amazon customer service and the employee at the Staples location. I had been very clear with Amazon that I did not have any packaging because of how much the comforter had expanded after being opened. Since I was told to simply bring the item to Staples, I expected the return to be handled as explained. In my experience, locations such as Whole Foods have provided a bag or other packaging materials when needed, and I noticed that this Staples location also had large garbage bags available that could have been used before placing the item in a box. I believe there needs to be better communication and consistency between Amazon and Staples regarding return procedures so customers receive accurate information. I also feel the employee could have handled the situation with better customer service by looking for a solution rather than immediately refusing the return. I do not enjoy confrontation, and I should not have had to ask for a manager just to complete a return that Amazon had already confirmed was acceptable. I appreciate the manager’s assistance, but I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

  Very disappointed at the printing department today. He was unable, unwilling to help me with printing a document out of my iPhone. I had to go to FedexKinko and they were excellent and help me in two minutes. My guess is that the guy in the printing department was there just to trade hours for dollars.

  Went to return my returns for Amazon, the man working the service desk was extremely rude and refused to take anymore returns despite the store being open for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile I had to get a sitter to even be able to run to the store, drove all the way to the store to do my returns because the Amazon return information has the hours listed as Monday-Friday open till 8pm not 7pm. So not only did I go out of my way to make these returns but I wasted my gas and my sitter to be refused. #customerservice
