  Steve was super helpful in getting my almost 4 year old’s party invitations printed at the zero hour because I’m a busy parent of 2 who has better things to do than planning kids’ birthdays in a way that doesn’t involve me speeding down Apollo Beach Blvd so I can sprint into the UPS store 17 minutes before they close while scream-begging pleas to print out the invitations I just finished designing on my phone while speeding down Apollo Beach Blvd. I told Steve, “Please, if you love sweet baby Jesus, help me do the things” while gesturing wildly to my phone and then to the printer in the corner. He said email us the photo on the Wi-Fi. And I did. And he did ALL THE REST while I apologized relentlessly and waited. He made the invitations the right size, ensured it was perfect on the computer, positioned it properly so I wouldn’t have to print sheets upon sheets of these things. And then he cut them. Perfectly and precisely. And I cried on the inside because I was so happy I didn’t have to go home and painstakingly try to carve out every single Little Mermaid splattered invitation with scissors that have a broken handle that I usually can’t find anyway until I no longer need them. So if you are a parent who is kinda failing at all this kid stuff like me, go see Steve. He’s gonna take care of you. He’s really nice—he’s a parent too so he’s going to commiserate with you without judgement or maybe just a little judgment because, let’s face it, it’s kind of deserved right? Oh, and his beard is cool. Thanks for being more reliable than I am, UPS Steve.

  I’ve had a mailbox here for several years because of the countless amount of times the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate my deliveries. Harley and the rest of the staff there are fantastic.

  I went to this store only needing one stamp to mail out my taxes. Had 2 already on the envelope. They insisted that they could only charge me with the full cost of $5 and not sell me just one stamp to mail it. That was annoying and greedy but I came back a month later. I returned with 15 pages for them to scan and email to me in pdf format. They priced me at $3 a page. Meaning $50 with taxes to just scan and email me those 15 pages. I stated I’m not asking you to fax them but simply scan them and email. They replied that it’s the same cost. That’s ridiculous to ask someone to spend $50 to scan a few pages. The greed from whoever owns this establishment is next level. As a local business owner I would never support this location again. Ironically I went to the next UPS store in Ruskin and paid $5.37 with tax to scan those same 15 pages. I highly urge you to drive the extra 5 miles and save a ton of money. Again this owner and his prices are predatory and unrealistic to fair market value. Do not support this business. You are getting ripped off.

  I use this UPS store frequently. 2.5 years now. While it can sometimes get very busy, the staff is always helpful & kind. Even when they seem slammed & a bunch of people walk in.

  I dropped off a $300 package here for returns and the new kid (male) was not paying attention while printing off a label. I went back in to complain about him putting the wrong label on my package and he took zero accountability and I even told him the date and time and it was HIM who completed my return. The ladies there are always on point and the one time I actually had a sensitive and expensive return he completely put the wrong label on and said “I don’t know I’ve never seen this happen” Completely incompetent and I filed a claim with UPS. That didn’t go well either because they said they attempted to contact me and they didn’t. Now I’ve paid $300 for an item that was shipped to random person in Idaho. I have all the receipts for proof. Disappointed and POed at the lack of accountability
