They're very friendly especially Angela I really appreciate her positive attitude everytime I come into the post office shes such a pleasure to be around. Shes always so polite and attentive to customers. She deserves a raise! I always hope shes there when I go in because of how kind and efficient she is. Thank you Angela for being a ray of Sunshine. 💕

It doesn't hurt anyone to be kind and help someone, especially when you're getting paid to do so! Very disappointed.

- APAmanda PhilipsAug 10, 20221.0So I ordered a package online and it was supposed to be delivered today it was also marked as delivered and when I went to my mailbox to go check it it was not there. Then when I called the customer service agent she gets on the phone and she’s very rude to me asking if I’m on speakerphone or Emmas on a headset Because I’m muffled she can’t hear me then when I proceeded to tell her what was going on she gets upset with me because my tracking number isn’t correct when it is correct. And when I try to explain to her that that’s the only tracking number I have she continues to say that I don’t need to yell at her when I’m getting frustrated because the automated system that they have keeps hanging up on me because they don’t know how to do the freaking job. And then she proceeds to hang up on me this is very bad customer service and very very bad and poor delivering skills. The United States postal office has very bad people working for them and very rude that need to get fired or get retrained and customer service because what happened to me today is not customer service. United States postal office you should be ashamed of yourself and your employees for treating customers so very rudely.
