This is the first time that I recieved a bad help from this post office. They are training a new person and she is not very helpful. She say the things that is bad and than try to help but we don’t know everything and your job is help. So I think the manager have to talk to her about it if not is going to be a bad service overall from Her. And is not just with me.

They had an attempt to deliver an important item on Friday and marked as not possible to deliver which wasn’t true! At the very same time I received another usps delivery with no problem. I called the usps office and they told me that they’ll deliver it on Saturday. But that didn’t happen. I saw the delivery guy driving around on Saturday but didn’t deliver my package. Today is Monday and I’m still trying to get my package delivered. It’s an important item and I have a feeling that they lost it.

Unfortunately, this Post Office has been the worst I’ve ever experienced in that saying a lot because I’ve lived in a lot of places and gone to a lot of Post Office in my life. I had to go there to get my address changed and they messed it up the first time. I go back the second time and they try to gaslight me like I did something wrong. And then the guy that was attending to me at First literally had some kind of anxiety Mental Health breakdown and just couldn’t function. It was crazy and then everybody else that was working with him was just acting like this was normal, which was even stranger to me to be honest. Then the other guy that helped me figure it out with all the tattoos finally came through and everything was good. But I wasted hours trying to figure out something simple like an address change here to makes me think that these people cannot be trusted with much and they clearly are either underpaid or overworked because of the Clear mental health issues they were experiencing, which is tragic. But I had to be the victim of this and I’m telling people definitely be aware when you go in there what you’re gonna deal with. They genuinely seem like they all either hate their jobs or just don’t wanna be there. Either that or maybe all these people are new and maybe they just don’t know what they are doing but either way you have to be very careful that they do their job properly. Make sure you get confirmation things were done right before you leave the building otherwise like me, you’ll have to come back again and again, even for the simplest things. So just exercise caution and only go there if you really have no other choice.

⸻ I had a very frustrating experience at the post office due to incorrect information provided by an employee named Kathleen Cole. I specifically asked for Express Mail with a signature requirement. Instead of guiding me properly, she instructed me to use plain brown envelopes and told me I would need to pay separately for each one. I followed her directions, only to later find out that this was completely incorrect and not the proper way to send Express Mail with signature confirmation. Because of this misinformation, I wasted time, materials, and had to redo everything. When I questioned the charges, I made it clear that I would not pay for multiple incorrect mailings caused by her guidance. Thankfully, another employee, Charles, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me peace of mind. He correctly explained the proper way to send Priority Mail Express with signature confirmation and did not charge me for the envelopes that were used incorrectly due to the earlier mistake. That level of customer service is what should have been provided from the start. This experience showed a serious lack of training on one side, but also highlighted how much a competent and helpful employee can make a difference. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers receive accurate information the first time.
