- MMMariaAug 22, 20265.0I had an excellent experience conversing with a highly professional customer service representative at the call center yesterday, who assured me that my package would not be returned after being marked as undeliverable. Today, I had the opportunity to meet Glen in person after he contacted me to let me know that my package would be held at the post office for pickup. Fanshura was exceptionally helpful in placing a hold on my mail until the keys for my mailbox arrive, and John was very amiable towards the customers.
