- MTMorrie TaylorSep 19, 20265.0I have never had a bad experience at this location since it has opened, and I am very grateful to have one that's so convenient for me.
- JCJose CentenoSep 9, 20261.0So we came here wasted about 20 minutes as the teller was telling us to keep sending the email just to print something out knowing they have network issues she says oh it’s not working any it usually comes back around noon. We showed up there at 8 AM. Basically if you want to print something out go anywhere else it’s pointless and meaningless and they know it and they won’t tell you until you try multiple times.. waste of time
- PTPamela K. TauberSep 2, 20265.0Miguel is a joy, he greets each customer before the door barely opens with a great Hello! Welcome! I’ll take you here! And he is very pleasant and cordial to deal with. My 4 items were handled with care, and smiled from the time I entered all the way to the car thru sitting this review. I love coming to this UPS.

- LLLivAug 19, 20262.0I’ve visited this UPS location several times without any issues, but my most recent visit was concerning. The staff member who assisted me was very polite and sincere, which I appreciated. However, the environment inside the store was problematic. It has been noticeably hot during my last few visits, which is uncomfortable given that we are in the middle of summer. More importantly, the heat seems to be contributing to a pest issue. While I was completing my return, a large cockroach crawled onto my ankle. The employee did mention that roaches are attracted to the cardboard boxes, which I understand, but that does not make the experience acceptable. It was unsanitary and left a very poor impression. As a customer, I expect a clean and temperature-controlled environment, especially when the business is aware of factors that attract pests. I hope management will address the air conditioning and pest control to ensure this doesn't happen to others.
