No greeting, no response when he was greeted. When asked when the person I was mailing a package to would be able to see the tracking, his response was "I accepted it". When asked what he meant he stated "Go online to the website. Next". There was one other customer, who was finishing preparing his package. I guess I should be grateful that he accepted the package and scanned it. I did get a receipt so I have a tracking number.
- AGAllison GriffinOct 23, 20221.0This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Do not ship packages via USPS. Do not buy insurance. I shipped a package to my daughter. I bought insurance on it. There was an error in the address I used for her so the package was returned to sender (me). The mail carrier said they didn’t know who to return it to so I never received it. There are three addresses on our road. And she didn’t know where to deliver it. What a joke. What a lazy liar. yay My mail carrier was stole the package or threw it away. The post office told me they sent it to post mail. That was in July. The package was never received at lost mail. USPS said my insurance was useless because I didn’t provide enough proof of purchase. It was a handmade item for $150. I paid the person through Venmo. Apparently that’s not good enough.
