- JTJAMES TANNACHION5 days ago1.0Len definitely is not a morning person. That man definitely has attitude issues and need to learn what customer service is. No greeting, no response when he was greeted. When asked when the person I was mailing a package to would be able to see the tracking, his response was "I accepted it". When asked what he meant he stated "Go online to the website. Next". There was one other customer, who was finishing preparing his package. I guess I should be grateful that he accepted the package and scanned it. I did get a receipt so I have a tracking number.

I told him I don’t just carry tape on me. He then decided that he wasn’t going to send my package so he refunded me rather than just give me a piece of tape to send it. Will never be going back here. Terrible customer service.

Once someone picked up they never asked me to provide my phone number in case of call if disconnected and sure enough the call got disconnected. 40 minutes went to waste. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE
