We bought a home on the same street as this “post office” and cannot have mail delivered to our home for whatever reason so we’re forced to use the post office. We were told that we didn’t need to pay for the post office box because we cannot receive mail at our home. I went to check my mail the other day and now I owe a payment for a post office box that I NEVER EVEN WANTED?!?! I’ve lived here for over a year and never had to pay(and was told we didn’t have to). I’ve gone to the post office 3 different times and no one is there, they just unlock the door and leave. I can’t even get help to get my mail. The postal service was supposed to get back with me a week ago and of course no one has. I’m at a loss. My kids have packages for school that I can’t even receive.

Our mail should be delivered to our home like EVERYONE ELSE.....

There was also a sign instructing you to leave your outgoing mail on the counter! No thank you, I prefer not to have my mail stolen.
- TFTravis FriedmanMay 19, 20221.0I had a #0 size bubble mailer to ship and was unable to because the drop box has an absurdly small opening that will not accommodate anything larger than a letter. Most USPS drop boxes are able to handle a package this small.
