- ACAlex CMay 14, 20261.00/5 stars if I could. Wish i could reroute my mail through a different office or just have everything done by other carriers (ups/fedex heck even dhl at this point). This place has the crappiest carriers and terrible counter sitters wasting our tax dollars because they have a federal monopoly. They have lost/diverted (whether through malice or incompetence I won't dare speculate) multiple mail pieces in just the last few months including things like sensitive financial forms, bank cards, and packages. If you are looking to move to New Castle County make sure your are outside the area of this particular office's "services".
