- EREmma RubyAug 25, 20261.0I was super polite on the phone, was left on a hold immediately when they picked up. The woman was super super rude to me. Like I’ve rly never been spoken to on the phone that way. I was asking for the address of the post office to send a recipient since I didn’t live there and the package was showing attempted delivery and not delivered yet. She continually insisted they come to “the post office” when I continually asked for an address and she told me to call them and that it wasn’t on them. I asked multiple times for the address and was met with the same attitude. I understand everyone has bad days but there was no reason to be spoken to like that. I really hope a manager reads this and talks to the staff about the way they treat people.

Just moved here too not a good first impression I don’t be getting my mail on the app it will say I will get it that day and I won’t get any mail at all . The pictures they scan I do not receive at all . That means someone is not delivering mail
