- PPPanda2 days ago1.0My checks and mail and packages are missing from this particular post office. When I make complaints online the manager Terrance erases my case requests. He calls and acts like he's gonna help. Gives long eloborated stories and excuses.They target you for making reports but claims they dont. Cause why when I call customer service they can't find my complaints. Why are my checks and mail missing though? And case request erased?
- ACAlex C6 days ago1.00/5 stars if I could. Wish i could reroute my mail through a different office or just have everything done by other carriers (ups/fedex heck even dhl at this point). This place has the crappiest carriers and terrible counter sitters wasting our tax dollars because they have a federal monopoly. They have lost/diverted (whether through malice or incompetence I won't dare speculate) multiple mail pieces in just the last few months including things like sensitive financial forms, bank cards, and packages. If you are looking to move to New Castle County make sure your are outside the area of this particular office's "services".

I know it’s a career of misery however it cost nothing to have good customer service . Maybe it do! Regular envelopes at the post office is out so directed me to an envelope for over $10 was insane that’s all you have for a postal service . They need to get rid of this place due to the fact that they are a postal service with no regular envelopes . A post office that’s all out of regular envelopes … Can’t make this crap up
