  Terrible terrible terrible and unprofessional service! . We got there and a lady who was extremely rude cancelled our appointment and said to me in front of my children that if my husband hadn’t lied about where I was (because we were driving separately and I was parking the car ) our appointment wouldn’t have been cancelled. She was not friendly at all. I have never experienced people not wanting to do their job as much as I had there. There was no one there and they wasted our time! . Do not go there!

  Worst place to get a passport. Lady upfront was super rude and had the worst customer service. She had an attitude when I asked if they had weekend appointments available for a passport. Long lines only have one person working.

  The lady was very rude on Monday the 27th. I had a passport appointment I show up and they tell me if they didn’t call me because our passport appointments were cancel due to short staff. She reschedule me for Tuesday the 28th. I go 28th. Arrive 3 Minutes late because an incident on the way and there was only one line open. There was trafic It was not my fault. I arrive at 12:03 and go into the office. Nobody is afront. There’s like a new Indian guy. I told him I had a passport appointment. He goes to the back and come with other guy and a different lady from that monday that I went coming behind them the guy asked me. What time was your appointment? I told him at 12 o’clock. The lady very rude said mam your appointment was at 12 o’clock is 12:07. I told her I came in. I told her i arrive 23:03 and no one was afront she said have to reschedule. Also they call me earlier, saying that I had to passport pictures with me because something was wrong with the system and couldn’t take pictures supposedly, So , I tell her that I wasn’t that late. I only was three minutes and then nobody was there when I came in to the office. She said she had to reschedule because she had another appointment after me and that if she takes me the other people were gonna be late for their appointments. At that time. There was no people in the office. I have everything already. I had the application fill out. I had all information they need. I had my one year old with me. She wasn’t even gonna take 10 minutes long. The process is quick cause I’ve been there before and it doesn’t take a long. There’s no people at the time in the office for about those 10 minutes that she waste arguing that I was late and had to reschedule . I told there was the incident on the way and I didn’t even arrive that late and there was no one afront whe I went in and she had no people coming if she could do it she ignored me and say you can come tomorrow or another day. she was very rude and I was like. Can you please do the application nobody you don’t have like no customers right now she’s like no you got a schedule. You were late so she reschedule so she rescheduled me , than on the keypad It tells You Like Your customer Experience, so there’s like Green Happy Face Yellow somewhat Face and sad red face. So I click the Yellow face and she tells me. You should’ve click the red face. If I were you, I would’ve passed the red face so I was like you’re like very rude. They need to have some more nicely people and I thought it was just with me but reading all this reviews from people that went through the same thing. It’s just ridiculous,They should be fire and have some more nicely people there cause we all deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect more if we have more children’s with us.hopefully management do something.

  Made an appointment for a passport renewal and was not able to get attended due to the staff that is in charge of the department wasn’t present. No one called to cancel or reschedule, missed time at work. & have to wait to go to another appointment, when soon having to travel and need this process to quickly get running with no delays.
